Anti-striping refractory mortar aluminosilicate plastic chamotee is made of high alumina clinker, corundum, silicon carbide and other wear-resistant materials as aggregate, combined with powder or liquid binder, mixed with a number of additives.

Aluminosilicate plastic chamotee is a kind of clay blank or amorphous clay mass refractory constructed by means of ramming, vibration or pressing.Refractory plastics have reburning line changes, thermal shock resistance, slag resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, hydration resistance, carbon monoxide resistance, conductivity, oxidation resistance, etc.

Application


Aluminosilicate plastic chamotee are suitable for the  heating furnace and  cyclone cylinder of circulating vulcanized bed boiler, the lining of furnace wall and the parts with severe impact and wear of coal ash.
